Sara Kincaid
 Sara joined TriStaff’s Technology and Executive Search Division, along with Amy Moser and Kanani Moser. She is currently the Senior Technical Recruiter for the Executive Search Team. Together they focus on identifying top talent for emerging and established companies in Southern California and across the US. Always on top of technology trends and developments, this team is widely recognized as leading experts in the software job market, salaries, and openings. They can thus confidently counsel candidates on career decisions and facilitate companies in finding the perfect fit for their requirements.
Focusing on recruiting for hands-on technical, sales & marketing, as well as executive level positions, Sara works in a wide variety of fields. These include: enterprise software, real-time embedded systems, medical device, wireless applications, telecommunications, graphics, database architecture and administration, web development, network and satellite communications, and many others. Clients include successful Fortune 500 corporations, early growth companies, and start-ups.
Prior to joining TriStaff, Sara recruited technology specialists in the highly competitive defense industry. An East Coast native, Sara graduated from Towson University in Baltimore Maryland with a Bachelor ’s Degree in Sports Management and a Minor in Business Administration.
